Pickup Policy
We’re pleased to offer in-store pickup for your convenience. Please review the policy below to ensure a smooth and timely experience.
Same-Day Pickup Requirement
Please wait for your confirmation email to ensure we have available stock. All store pickup orders must be collected on the same day they are placed. Orders not picked up by the end of the business day will be canceled and a 10% fee will be charged to the card.
Select a Pickup Time
At checkout, you will be required to select a pickup time. Please arrive during your chosen time slot to ensure your order is ready and available.
What to Bring
When picking up your order, please provide:

A valid photo ID that matches the name on the order

Livestock Policy
Please be advised that all sales of livestock, including fish and aquatic invertebrates, are final. Due to the sensitive nature of live animals and the many factors beyond our control once they leave our care—including water conditions, acclimation procedures, and general tank environment—we do not offer any warranty, refund, or replacement for livestock.

We take great care in ensuring all livestock are healthy and well-cared-for prior to sale, but once the animals leave our facility, their well-being becomes the responsibility of the purchaser. By purchasing live aquatic animals from us, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
